I LOVE RUBY NAILS❤️. Julie has done my nails for 10 years, and I have always been pleased! She listens to what I want and sometimes offers suggestions, which I love! We travel, so I have used other places in other states, but RUBY BAILS and Julie remain my 😍 favorite.
